Upper third. Some think it is the best, but I wouldn't put it that high.

It's been years since I've looked at anything related to the original story, but I remember the movie being somewhat decent. It's not one of my favorites, but that doesn't mean that it wasn't one of the upper tier.

The best of the bunch for me. Film's score is way too epic for animated straight to dvd.

I always hear about how great Red Hood is supposed to be, but then I watch it and the writing and voice work are both terrible and I'm wondering if I'm being pranked
