He did a lot of early development work, but who knows how much is still there in the years since he left ObsidianCabbageRed said:My hype has waned greatly over the past decade or so that it has been delayed, but someone in the Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines thread mentioned that Bloodlines and AP share the same writer so I will be there on day one.
trophies over 1080p and 60 fps.Edgeward said:Let me know how the version is!
I have a PC that can run this very well... but trophies ._.
Where do you live? I paid less than 30 Euros on Direct2Drive.Edgeward said:A shameful one. =( Also the retail copies will more likely go down in price faster than a steam copy (since I don't do PC physical copy).
lsslave said:No offense to Evilore but you really push the PC side of things mr. bias man , and of course the console gamers just use the SAME arguments over and over to defend it.
I'll tell you the real reason why, I just like consoles more. Its my thing, its what I like. Whatever. Alpha Protocol sales = a good thing, who cares what system!
It's $50, you can find it cheaper elsewhere, it only needs to be activated once, no internet connection is required while playing it, and you can install it on 5 different computers at any time. That's crappy DRM? On how many consoles can you install the console version?idahoblue said:Ugh, crappy DRM and $70US on Steam? Sorry SEGA, waiting for a sale on this one.
Um... It is $70US in Australia on Steam, which is the only DD service I use. 5 activation limit is pretty crappy to me. Sorry for having a different opinion.Sloane said:It's $50, you can find it cheaper elsewhere, it only needs to be activated once, no internet connection is required while playing it, and you can install it on 5 different computers at any time. Why don't you buy a copy from here? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/PC-Alpha-Pro...Games_Games&hash=item3effdfc034#ht_2069wt_939 no steam, but very cheap.idahoblue said:Ugh, crappy DRM and $70US on Steam? Sorry SEGA, waiting for a sale on this one.
5 activations at a time. If you deactivate one, you can activate another, there's no life time limit.idahoblue said:Um... It is $70US in Australia on Steam, which is the only DD service I use. 5 activation limit is pretty crappy to me. Sorry for having a different opinion.

That is a bloody good price, it is tempting. So used to Steam though!Lafiel said:Why don't you buy a copy from here? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/PC-Alpha-Pro...Games_Games&hash=item3effdfc034#ht_2069wt_939 no steam, but very cheap.
That's good, thanks for the correction. Hmm... moral outrage and indignation weakening...Sloane said:5 activations at a time. If you deactivate one, you can activate another, there's no life time limit.

It's more like Deus Ex without William Gibson or Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines without the vampires. Proper stats and abilities (sneaking etc.) and actual choice in and out of combat (unlike ME).LSauchelli said:So, is this like Mass Effect without the space opera sci-fi?

Cool, thanks for the heads up. I just finished a paper for school and am about to start RDR finally, so the wait shouldn't be too bad.evlcookie said:As always idaho, check zavvi as well. It's $35 from there including shipping. If stock is ok it should take 1 - 2 weeks. Both zavvi and the ebay guy are in the UK, so same shipping time i would imagine.
