Although I just picked up a DSi XL (sold my DSi to get it) and it is friggin' awesome. If you're a pretty big DS gamer it is worthwhile to "upgrade" to a DSi XL. Especially since at this $139.99 sale price you can probably recoup a good chunk of that selling your old DS on eBay.

I opened the box, entered the key into Steam, and downloaded it from there. The disc has literally never left the box.

Very unlikely. I'd bet the lowest Steam price being $25 (50% off), and that's assuming it's not $33 (33% off). The game is too new and Civ keeps selling for a long time.

This actually made me laugh. You MIGHT see $24.99 on Civ V by Christmas, but that's all the money on that one. Next Christmas, you'll see it at $29.99 with the expansion included. They do not cheap sell those games, until they've been out a few years.
