I'd say that in many online places, Little Mac is closer to 25$ than it is to 11$ (if not more) ^_^
But yes, it's still strange. Could have been nice, but I think many would still prefer to receive the Amiibo.

Based on the packaging, it seems that those are EU Amiibos...
I can't answer for him, but Pit (and others Amiibos) aren't as difficult to find here, seeing how some people here travel dozen of miles to get their hands on one.
Meijer has them in. But 5 sold out within an hour of being on the shelf. And the only reason we found 2 is because they held them back for us- they only had 3 and the third was gone the next hour.
From what one guy told me, they likely all have stock but they have no idea where it is in back. And don't bother trying to ask for them to look, there's no way they'll find them.

Fox is definitely more rare right now than Zelda. Fox seems to be slowly disappearing. Unless they make more he'll end up relatively rare.
For only having one in store when I grabbed mine, I see no defects. Really nicely detailed.

Probably one of my favorites as far as detail go. Actually he made me break my rule of not opening any of my amiibos except for the original common 9 and other commons like zelda/luigi. Captain falcons just too much man to be kept in a box.

sure, but it's also a trust thing. Cancelling preorders is kind of shitty and would turn me off of doing it with them for anything in the future.
zelda isn't rare, she's easily the most stocked in wave 2. She'll drop off shelves eventually as they cycle in new characters, but so will everyone else besides characters like mario, peach, and pikachu.

I don't really want that many Amiibos...but every time I come into this thread and somebody says "such and such Amiibo is rare" I feel this odd compulsion to buy one before I can't find them anymore, even though I didn't want that particular character to begin with.
What is wrong with me.

Alright, I was able to do this 2 times, but now I'm just getting errors. Couldn't claim the coupon and now I can't register. Maybe I did something wrong? Also haven't received them yet, so maybe it's been fixed.

Infact, Mac looks fucking impecable. I don't see a single blemish on him. Diddy has a couple paint issues if I'm going to nitpick but otherwise he doesnt have any noticable problems. Packaging on both is terrific. No dents or bends.

I also pre-ordered the non-exclusive Wave 3s from Walmart.com as a little bonus reward to them for having Mac in stock online.

I love amiibos, they are getting me into other figures too. My sister just bought me a figma ss link for christmas! 
The coupon takes a little while to get to your email. And if you are on ios you can do 4 per IP. So you can switch between wifi, lte, and 4g for different IPs. Eventually after some hours or like a day itll let you redeem more. I just kept switching between different connections and connecting to different cell towers wherever I was going.
Since androis lets you clear data you can do that one all on one connection.

Wish that happened to me. I drove all the way out to pick mine up in-store and the lady says "we don't have any, someone must have sold them already." AFTER getting the email telling me they were ready. "All I can do is cancel it from your order." Yeah, that will make things right.

I intended to get ~8-10 out of the 18 of the two first waves. I'll finally get all of them. I especially wasn't interested in WFT, but after seeing how rare it was, I jumped in when I found a zero-defects one in a shop.
Still, barring some paint defects from time to time, I'm kinda impressed by the overall quality. Especially on characters like Pit, Falcon or Zelda in the second wave. A lot of attention to small details.

Best Buy JERKS stapled my Amiibo together. Or stapled my order paperwork to them, maybe. I finally made it to the store for pickup and my Little Mac and Diddy Kong were full of staple holes. I returned then on the spot.
