I think they're under pressure to get so many packages out over a given time. That's why they grab any old packaging and pack it in any way they can without taking any time to find a better way.
Me too(I only got Samus this way) maybe he got it from a third party though and didn't realize it at the time?

Thank god I don't give a shit about packaging, otherwise I'd be fuming. I just hope to god my amazon order arrives. Not sure whether securing Little Mac when he popped back up for about a minute in stock 2 daus agp was either a lucky fluke, or a mistake on their behalf. No email to say it's been cancelled so far though.
I've already got Cpt Falcom and Luigi, so that'll be the 3 I want from Wave 2 obtained!

I'm going to make a run to TRU tomorrow and see if I can secure Luigi/Capt Falcon. They are supposedly going to start selling Wave 2B tomorrow. I was there earlier and there were no wave 2B in sight, nor were there pegs/slots for them yet. I asked about Lucario pre-order cards and the clerk said they didn't know about any.
LOL this was my first thought actually.
Funnily enough, when we got all 6 of this wave in one box the ONLY one they squished in was Little Mac. Typical!
Luckily we have been picking up spares just in case... Bent Little Mac is on the right.

All I need to do is complain and tell them I don't want to exchange due to low availability, and I'm sure they will issue a small credit. I'm a Prime member and still a fan... but yeah, my wave 1s were okay... except for a bent Marth...

I was originally going to open my boxes but now I've kinda backed off the idea. I think I've gone from "Yeah I'll use these" to "Yeah I'll display em" and I think I might like the boxes on.
That is a very good point. I'm still hesitant to purchase CEs from there because of this.

They aren't available everywhere yet and this shit throws me into a panic.
Of course they do, you don't have 5 cents of warped plastic reflecting light and obscuring detail. The only reason I can see to keep the packages is if you really do want to sell them someday (in which case effort vs return is highest right now). Otherwise it makes sense to instead work on having a nice display for them.
