It look awkward for some reason, but with a year of practices, he might get better with it. Someone tried to made Dixie Kong Amiibo, and he had 3 years of practices. See what happens?!

Toys R Us officially charged me today for my Lucario pre-order that I did through their eBay account last week. Does this mean that it's guaranteed? It better!

My Diddy Kong came in yesterday still waiting on my Pit and Falcon preorders from Best Buy which says the 30th. I have all of wave 1 except for Mario and Peach which I think should be pretty easy to find but I still can't find Little Mac since my Target order was cancelled
Wish I was able to preorder Lucario and Rosalina too maybe they'll come back up to order.

I had one too that said the same thing except for the date was 12/16/2014... then they cancelled it. I think the date in the message is referring to the date that you ordered it and not the release date. Like, it's telling you that 12/21/2014 is the day they put the order in that status.
Good on you! Villager is my only desirable left that I want (besides Rosie, but she's not out yet)

Thanks for the good will, I ended up finding one after calling nearly every store within 50 miles. With no luck I started making my rounds to stores that seemed to not know what they were talking about or were too busy to look.

Villager, Samus and DK are the most owned, with 12 users who already got their master hands on them.
The most wanted are Marth and Kirby with 5, with Wii Fit Trainer and Captain Falcon next with 4 users.
Overall the most popular characters are Villager, Fox, and Little Mac, with 14 users who aim to get one in a collection sooner or later.
The least popular are Pikachu and Peach, I'm surprised about pikachu, but I guess he is perhaps the one everyone owns in some other way besides amiibos. Only 10 users want to own/want in total, but that is just a difference of 4, so it really is not that far away.

I think you're right, but wow that's some pretty lousy design. On the phone with them now, the best I could get from the automated system is "on back order." Greeaaaaat.

I regret getting into this now though after losing my job...I won't be able to finish the collection since I won't be finding a high enough paying job to keep buying these things :-/

Guess I got in too late on this stuff. Was really hoping to be able to go and buy them all after Christmas when I was done buying gifts for people but looks like a bunch of good looking ones will be gone forever.

I got to my local Toys R Us when it opened and they had the whole spread right there, all of the first wave. At the time nobody knew much about them, if they were going to be rare or what. I thought I'd be able to get them all pretty easily, no trouble, and I wasn't necessarily even looking to get all of them. Kind of flip flopping on the idea.
But they had that buy one get one 40% off deal...I thought I might as well get two, and then I thought four, and I ended up with six. Got Marth, Villager and Fox in that first run.
Then I went back a couple days later and they still had most of them. Marth was sold out which I expected but they had all the rest. Even two Wii Fit Trainers. I took a Trainer and Peach and Mario up and said hey, is the b1g1 still on, and it wasn't...the girl asked if I wanted them anyway, and I debated, and finally said sure.
