I paid half that price for him on Amazon.de a few weeks ago, seems like others wised up to importing. Still waiting for him to come in!

That's exactly what it is. Nintendo of America giving away something that a lot of people wanted to legitimately own and they didn't make enough of. Then gives one away to for free to someone who doesn't even play Zelda games just because he's a Youtube personality.

Watch it take a while for them to appear after we wake up at 3AM, reloading with our eyes half closed for 45 minutes or they will put them up at 2:45 and we will wake up to empty stock... What a bunch of dumbasses.
I'd recommend we PM the people on the list so if they don't feel like checking AmiiboGAF (and don't follow what's going on) they'll at least know.

Yeah, having to wait until 3AM does seem quite inconvenient. Fortunately, for those that live on the west coast, such as myself, its not too bad.
Had trouble sleeping again since I got too excited about the Club Nintendo stuff last night, glad I ordered yesterday since I heard the site is dead atm.
Woke up late, just came back from haircut and doing some cleaning around my room.
