I didnt think he was gonna be that rare. I thought Marth and Rose would be the rarest looking like Villager and Shulk right now going for high prices.

Well it's mid day Wednesday here on the west coast and still no email from amazon about the Mega Man Amiibo I preordered last year. I'll be in the trenches on Friday making the rounds to try and find one in a store, but I'm pretty much giving up hope of getting one for retail at this point.

I did just now. Both stores said they're all reserves. One store said call back in 48 hours and if any aren't picked up, I can get one. The other store said they only received 4, all pre-orders. :(

I've had a chance to buy 7 of them already this week. I left them alone. I have one extra from an online order.
 
Guy at my store said they probably had Shulk but weren't opening shipments till later :(

I'll probably be back there tomorrow morning to snag him. Got a Toon Link and Shiek.

He said Ike, DDD, Sonic, and Megaman he expects to come in next week.
 
Got my Shulk at Gamestop today. I made a comment how I felt bad for the people working there because I am sure they get inundated with people asking for the figures and he laughed and said that basically his phone hasn't stopped ringing since 8:30 AM (they open at 10 AM). When I went to pick it up, he said I had to pay for it first before he could even pull it out of the back room.
 
Picked up my Shulk amiibo a bit earlier today. I was the first of four people who went to pick up a preorder and the lady there mentioned that the preorders were all that they got.
 
Went to my GameStop (Cross County in Yonkers).

Picked up Sheik and Shulk. No extra Shulk's I asked. Just whatever was pre-ordered. (Which sucks cause I want to open a Shulk but I have a fully boxed collection).

I think they also got my New 3DS XL in today cause I got a text message but I didn't ask about it cause it said Friday AM.

Still missing Ike, Sonic, Megaman, DeDeDe and Meta Knight. Getting there though.

Also still need wave 4 preorders somewhere LOL.

Yeah I really don't get why he didn't pick up the phone, but whatever. I'm glad I at least inadvertently saved the Shulks for the three other people (or other three preorders at any rate).
 
AWESOME. Quick swung by Meijer & it was the same as this morning, but guy asked me what I was looking for & told him, turned out they didn't even open the box that the amiibo came in, so got Dedede, Ike, & then a Mega Man to send to my friend (I'll get MM next week at GS).

Thank goodness this wave is just about done so I can work my budget out for Wave 4. Just need to buy Mega Man, pick up Sonic, & hope for Meta Knight, then I'm done with Wave 3.
 
Just picked up Toon Link and Shulk! :D
They look ace.

Now I need Ike, Dedede, Sonic and Mega Man to show up at Gamestop so I can pick those up, and for Rosalina and Meta Knight to come in the mail and I'll be done with Wave 3.

Wave 4 should be much easier than wave 3 was for me. x_x
 
I'm trying to figure out my chances of getting a Lucario at this point. Stupid me didn't preorder one just because I thought to myself 'it's a retailer exclusive, surely Nintendo will produce enough for stores to actually put on shelves!' Lucario's basically been my secondary main for both Brawl and 4 and I feel like I need to have his Amiibo now. Hmpf.
 
Picked up one of our shulks at GameStop just now and my fiancé said the other one arrived at the house, but he didn't open the box. The guy at GameStop scared us at first cause he pulled out a sheik instead and I was like um... then he was like oh wait wrong one. lol
 
Almost every GS around me but mine has their preorders according to the tracker.

My walmart is showing pick up in store for today. Doesn't that mean in stock at the store? I might pick that up.

Kinda unrelated, but was just at Kmart looking for amiibos and found KOF: XIII (plus 4 cd soundtrack) and Mario and Luigi Dream team for $16 and $19 respectively. Pretty sweet!
