That happened to me too, and I thought I wouldn't get Shulk until Wednesday of this week, but it showed up on Saturday to my surprise. It shipped from Tennessee to me (Alabama), so maybe the short distance had something to do with it.

I think a good time should be around 9 AM or a bit after. To be honest, I've waited outside of Best Buys TWICE for new releases, and I was literally the only one going back to get my items. Everyone else who was waiting for opening were going to get a refrigerator or a laptop. Or something dumb that they were apparently waiting in line for..

My daughter is young (she's 2 and a half) but she can correctly identify Mario, other Mario (Luigi), Princess Peach, Rosalina, and King Dedede (or, as she says, King Dedededededededededede).
Same here. Mine is 3 and she loves Mario, Toad, Link, Zelda and especially Princess Peach. I got her a Princess Peach but she broke it. Ordered another from Best Buy with their recent sale. Will wait a little longer to give it to her. She is rough hahaha
I wish I lived in your area. When I waited in line for Toon Link, three other people were in line as well. Luckily, they had enough for all of us. I'm afraid of the amount of people a store exclusive will bring.

Also I plan to get to BB super early on Friday. Honestly, for how early I plan to get there I will be pissed if there are a bunch of similar nutjobs out that early who beat me there and stop me from getting a Meta-Knight. lol

My best buy isn't even taking pre orders for meta night. They said it was only going to be first come first serve

That's strange, almost all of them did.
Though I was talking about how many people were able to order online just now.
Also, do all pick up options show "in stores only" now or does it mean that store is completely sold out?
The limit was 3. In store only probably means just that, you have to be there Friday to find out if they have any additional stock.

I stopped at a Best Buy and the guy I spoke with (a manager) said they'll do tickets and limit one per person if they have a line, and they do have extra over the preorders, but he wasn't sure offhand how many. That said, I don't know how many are going to be outside, it's single digit temps out; too damn cold to stand in one spot for hours. Hell, I'm trying to convince myself to get there 15 minutes before.

Fair enough. I tend to agree that trolling is pretty lame on GAF. It adds nothing to the conversation and only serves to trick people that aren't familiar with the poster so others can laugh at them. Though I thought this trolling was pretty obvious honestly. But with crazy people out there like "you know who" you can never assume somebody is not being serious.

Yeah. Feels horrible knowing you probably will never get it just because you were busy for a bit (TRU had a huge line before at least an hour before opening on Friday. Almost everyone in that line said they will be lining up for Meta at the BB next door on Friday)

Like I told everyone, if you have problem with someone's posts then private-message moderators with the links and explantations why you have problem with it. So you can see what moderator would says. Some people got away with bans because no one bother to report the messages because of several reasons. Also Moderators don't have much times to follow every posts and every threads.
I don't think he will get a ban over an attempt to troll people here but again I have seen some members got banned for troll attempts. Also I don't see his comments being ban-worthy but again, I might be biased because I found his comments funny tho.

I've only waited at best buy before opening for their exclusive guardians of the galaxy steelbook. A line formed and it was sold out in minutes with people buying multiples. It's never come back as far as I know.

I'll be at BB Friday. I'm hoping there won't be a line until around 15 minutes before they open. I'd like to stay in my car, temps around here have been in the single digits in the morning, with wind chill making it in the negatives.
