Totally going to take Tuesday June 14th off, that's probably when Nintendo's conference is going to be. Worth getting docked a day's pay if i don't have vacation by then, don't care.

Unpopular opinion, but I don't disagree. Most of the conferences were okay at best last year, even Sony's. They got the deals for FF7 and Shenmue, and finally got a game 10 years into production into a presentable state. Exciting reveals, yes, but we've still not seen anything substantial of those projects since. Outside of that, I can't remember a bit of the conference.

Bethesda was the real standout last year, I thought. I very much enjoyed the pacing, tone, and content of the conference. It made me almost buy Fallout 4, despite having no prior interest.

What I'm looking forward to the most:

Dishonored 2 gameplay
Mass Effect: Andromeda gameplay
New gameplay and info on Horizon: Zero Dawn and NieR: Automata
God of War 4
Red Dead Resomething

I'd like to see something on Cyberpunk 2077 but it's probably too early. Also waiting on PS4K info before I purchase a PS4.

Let me guess, you're already completely unimpressed by VR, AR, real-time holographic tracking, and the NX (with or without even knowing what it actually is)? Maybe preemptively unimpressed by whatever Valve may or may not be doing, too, because fuck those guys, amirite?
 
Half gen console killed my hype for E3.
But I'll watch it with Easy Allies and have fun. Look forward to NX and Zelda thou.

It's all about the NX, baybee. Nintendo's going to pull out the stops. Reggie's going to walk on stage in full Samus Power Armour to announce Prime 4 on the console and a new 2D Metroid on the handheld. Zelda's going to have a mindblowing 60FPS trailer for the NX version. Bayonetta 3, Beyond Good & Evil 2, F-Zero NX, Captain Toad 2, Super Mario Universe. The megatons are going to drop so hard they wipe the entire west coast of the United States off the planet.

There's plenty of other stuff I can't wait to see, like ME Andromeda, Dishonored 2, TLG, Horizon, GT Sport, Scalebound and Nier 2, Deus Ex MD, Gravity Rush 2, Persona 5, etc, but really this is the NX show for me.
 
A couple of weeks back I didn't think I could get excited about E3 2016 but with all those rumors about new hardware from all three big players and some exciting game announcements this could really become a cool event.

Needless to say, nothing will ever beat Sony E3 2015.
 
Crap. Forgot we have to deal with that COD trash at Sonys conference now. And some how Destiny will find a way to show up. Waste of time.

That depends on if Nintendo does a press conference. Though you could translate a number of those things to a Digital Event.

Plus, wouldn't separate Metroid games on console & handheld be counter-productive to Nintendo unifying their consoles & handhelds to minimize software droughts?

Got tired of writing. I'll say Microsoft announces future Halo titles coming to PC, and announce a new Xbox One model. Nintendo reveals NX, and a bunch of other cool things (hopefully)

I'm almost certain Ubisoft are going to do a 'Bethesda' by announcing Watch Dogs 2, then release it in Oct/Nov. That will be their big fall game since AC is out for this year.
 
I want a PS4 '90s inspired Namco developed Riiiiiiidge Racer

The fact we will get Shenmue 3 before this ever happens bemuses me.

Actual E3 starts June 14th.

Afaik only EA will have their pre-conference on June 12th. MS, Ubisoft and Sony (in that order) are expected to do their shows on June 13th, with Nintendo following June 14th.

Should be a good one this year.

From EA I'm looking forward to finally see some gameplay of Mass Effect: Andromeda and the next Battlefield. From Bethesda I want to see Dishonored 2, Fallout 4 DLC and fingers crossed we finally get a reveal of the new System Shock-inspired Prey sequel.

Other notable mentions: Dark Souls 3 DLC?, something from Rockstar?, Final Fantasy stuff and maybe a couple of others.
 
Rockstar's been quiet for so long they just have to show up this year. Hopefully the next Red Dead gets announced.

I'm pretty excited to see Titanfall 2, especially with the possibility of it releasing this year.

I'm almost certain God of War IV will be announced after the leak but the question is whether or not we'll see gameplay (I'm leading toward yes).

And of course the NX blowout has the potential to be incredible or fall flat on its face. I honestly don't know which yet.
