Shame there is no NX but OK.
NX not being there deflated my hype considerably. Also I'm actually against most of the new hardware that might be announced because I'm happy with the current systems. On the plus side, the 3rd party press conferences should be really great this year. There is lots of potential at EA and Ubisoft this year, so I'm hyped for those two.

Unless they completely revamped the story, I don't think Deep Down will be DD2.
I'm hopeful we'll see it at E3 what with it apparently being a PS4 Neo showcase title and all.

Crash Bandicoot and RDR2 for me if that ends up happening.
Also would like to see a Destiny game not hobbled back by the last-gen consoles (I did enjoy the game a lot though, just want to see what can be done on next-gen only).
I think it was confirmed a while back that the Child of Light team was allowed to stay together and start a new IP. Though I would have to do some digging to be sure.

Just going to watch Sony and Nintendo. Maybe Bethesda if there's a chance of a new Wolfenstein being announced.
Most excited for the possiblity of The Last Guardian release date, Crash and Red Dead announcement. Not looking forward to finding how the NeoPS4/Xbone.5 is going to fuck up and lack of NX.

It's pretty much dead to Sony. Devs supposedly ran into trouble and there was some fallout with Sony. They requested their dev kits back and the devs bought back the rights to the game. Nobody knows if, when and where it comes out right now.

Well the tweet says they're still working on it. As for other platforms, nothing's announced so far, but if it actually does ever come out, their ownership of the IP means they can release it wherever they want. Critics and gamers loved the new Ratchet (86 metacritic) and is the fastest selling in the series. If anything, it helped prove there's a market for Crash.
It was the movie that bombed.

Ratchet & Clank has been met with a great response both critically and commercially though. If anything, R&C's success proves that there is a market for a new Crash on the PS4, especially if it's being made by a talented team who understands the appeal of the original trilogy.

This E3 just feels very odd.
Unless MS surprises everyone(I don't see them doing very much for the Xbox, will they be able to pull something like backwards compatibility again? Even that didn't do much for them in retrospect), it just seems like its going to be a one man show by Sony (PSVR, new hardware, follow up to one of the most memorable E3s ever, etc).

I think their backwards compatibility announcement for this E3 will be Phantom Dust.
But yeah, the BC announcement would have been something great toward the beginning of the generation. It wasn't going to mean much when games like QB, Halo 5, Scalebound etc... were starting to be announced and released.
I also think this will be another opportunity for Sony to show out though.

Not much special hype this year, since Nintendo only shows Zelda. Of course, Zelda is one of my most anticipated games ever, but I can't think of much interesting games Microsoft or Sony can show. Maybe Scalebound, since I love Platinum Games.

We need Insomniac to remaster Resistance... specifically 1 and 3.
If they remake it blend those together and it will be one of the best console FPS game ever made.
Still have fantastic memories of Resistance 1 in co-op all the way back in 2006. Loved it.
