Is there a way to group purchases like a basket?
I can only seem to buy them one by one which is not optimal because my cc company charges me for every purchase :/

I don't feel like trying to poke around the thread and finding out, but is the pool break game the one made by the GAFer that hangs around here? I always wanted to buy that and never got around to it.

What? Do you have the Verizon version? It doesn't work on mine!
I have the R800a from Rogers. Drop by the Xperia Play xda forums, those guys might be able to help you. I wish I could link you to the Rayman thread, but I'm posting on the phone. :-(

I have it on my S3 so it's not really a problem, but it would be cool to have it on my Xperia Play, too. I'll check it out, though.

Edit: I think my phone might not have the current firmware on it. It's still on 2.3.2. I just tried to update it, but since I'm not actually using it as my phone (thus not connected to Verizon), it doesn't seem to be working. For some reason, for it to check for updates, it has to turn off WiFi. The problem is, I only use it with Wifi! It makes no sense.

Which one of those is the retail version? I bought my XP at retail with no contract attached.

I don't like Cogs since I don't like sliding puzzles. They're the worst part of any Layton game.

Is there a set time when the £0.25 deals usually switch? Also, did they say how many days of deals there'll be? I can't see anything about that on the store page.

Is there no way to buy an app if none of you devices support it? Was wanting to buy Horn for a future device but can't find any option to.

Not that I know of, I was trying to do the same :\

And here's the full apps list:
e's the list:
Smart Tools
Scramble With Friends
Air Control HD
Air Control
Sketchbook Pro
Gravity Guy
Horn
Guns'n'Glory WW2 Premium
Great Big War Game
The Dark Knight Rises
Nova Launcher Prime
Haunted House HD Live Wallpaper
Kids Numbers and Math
Spy Mouse (NA and ROW)

I played Cut the Rope quite a bit on my wife's iPod Touch, but I am definitely preferring it on the bigger N7 screen. Also enjoying Granny Smith. I'm not a high score chaser, so I'm just going for all 3 apples in each stage. Really liking how the controls & physics feel.

What is the difference with Air Control and Air Control HD. Finding info on games on Android is kind of difficult. I guess HD if I'm using a tablet?

It's for tablets.
Well, tegra 3 devices, don't know if it runs on phones too.

My a100 (Tegra 2) says I can get it.

So is Horn really buggy on Tegra devices? I'm not sure whether a number of the negative reviews on the Play Store were by users who doesn't have a Tegra device.

Picked up the Batman, Great Big War Game, and Horn... didn't have room to install both Horn and Batman (I had to begrudgingly uninstall max payne). Im gonna play through Horn first.. looks good from the first few moments I played to test it, lookin forward to playing it more when i have time

I don't think it's available for non-Tegra devices. It's not showing up on my Galaxy SII (isn't the SII meant to be slightly better than Tegra 2 based systems?)

Horn doesn't seem to be available for the Galaxy S3, for some reason. That's lame.

Thinking about getting Dark Knight but holy cow, 1.8GB for a cellphone game? Not sure how I feel about it taking up that much space.

Horn is only 90mb less :3

but you can buy it and cancel the download. Thats what I did.... don't feel the need to download it until I have time to play it.

Horn for .25 that's a fucking steal...

I bought 'Broken Sword: Director's Cut' for 25p. It also helps that I've never played the original.

This is only a minor gripe really, but I find the hint icon on the top right of the screen quite irritating. I tried it out at the start of the game just to see exactly how helpful it is. You get 3 hints: click it once and it gives you just a small hint, click it again and you get a better hint, click it a third time and it basically tells you what to do.

It just irritates me that if I get stuck I will have the hint icon always there staring me in the face (lol). Always there to tempt me. Hopefully I won't give in to the temptation. I don't think the original game had hints. I'm not entirely sure, but I doubt it. There seems to be a trend now where every puzzle must have hints. Gamers are not allowed to get stuck anymore. It's a point-and-click adventure game though. The puzzle element is pretty much the only gameplay element in the game. If you were to use the hints then it's not really a game anymore.

Also, there is a clear difference between the original game sections and the added sections. Most noticeably the audio. The added parts have much better quality audio. The visuals are of slightly better quality, and I think the UI works a little differently.

Having said all that, I am really enjoying it so far.

Anyone else notice that Google Play will not allow certain devices to buy certain games but if Amazon has it you can buy it through them? Both offer Jungle Run version 1.1.8 but Google is telling my device to go pound sand.

Any-who this sale is what I was really waiting for. I just starting to play Mini Motor and this game is so fun. It play just like Super Off-road on the NES and it even looks great. Picked up so much thanks to this sale but I'm really going to have to pick up a larger SD card for games. Played a little bit of Horn and it seem like a decent game. Run good on my Tegra 2.

maybe it is amazon selling you anything with no quality control ?

Batman is a fairly impressive game, for a Gameloft clone. It's clearly their take on Arkham City/Asylum - and it's good enough (for .25 at least). Visually cool, and it controls fairly well. The combat is dumb, but you feel like Batman. And in the end, that's all we really want anyways.

The cinematic elements are laughably bad though. Obviously none of the film cast offers vocal talent, resulting in some of the worst Morgan Freeman impressions this side of an open-mic stand-up comedy night.

Any decent adventure games out there that tell a good story but are light on the gameplay elements? My girlfriend and I usually play something like that in bed at night (Phoenix Wright is our game of choice at the moment and we love it!) so would love something similar

Android-exclusive would be a nice bonus! :D Something I can't get on my iPad. Thank you

No it does not. Currently it only works on Tegra devices. They are working on support for Samsung phones though so if you have one I would recommend buying that now and waiting until they patch it.

The Play Store doesn't let you buy a game unless it's already compatible with one of your devices. Which sucks, because that means by the time the game officially supports the S3 I'll have to buy it at full price.

Is Air Control actually worth paying for? I mean, I've enjoyed the free version, but does the payed version add anything significant except a few more maps?
