Not sure if this is in jest or not, but Doze actually works extremely well in Marsh.
So I'm interested in if they can get Doze 2.0 out for primetime with N.

Doze is certainly better than Project Volta 1.0, but I think Google can do better.
Maybe I need to change out the battery. Good thing my phone still has that feature.

It only works when i put it on a table. If i leave it on the carpet or on the couch it never activates
Certain programs like Firefox still don't want to fall back to deep sleep, so I have to close it manually.
I think the problem resides on too many users are on old versions of Android, so most devs are still developing for KitKat + Lollipop. Hence, they can't utilize Marshmallow's or latest Android's features.
You get warning messages when you turn off permissions for those programs that didn't develop for Marshmallow in mind.
Google needs to do something about its update scenario or else it continues to have this development problem.
