Yeah, I saw that. This one caught my attention though due to the quality of the 3D animation.

Just finished watching Ramen Akaneko. My personal favorite this season. Hope it'll get season 2 since there's a teaser at the ending scene.

Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian is a great anime and I'm glad I found out about it and gave it a watch.
Yuki's the best character and this show has a really interesting premise.

Wondering how many more episodes til the first season fully aired? I've been wanting to watch this one but I am waiting for all episodes to air

If you like Roshidere, I recommend:
The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten which will get season 2 (still no date for season 2)
I Became Friends with the Second Cutest Girl in My Class (this one is still manga only, but anime is already confirmed)

Both of these are so wholesome

I forgot one more. A Galaxy Next Door

Anyone have any suggestions on any new anime that finished their season that aired recently? I'm looking for another one to binge 👀
Summer season just finished.

Wistoria: Wand and Sword is highly recommended
I Parry Everything is pretty good if you can handle the MC's denseness
Failure Frame. The animation is pretty bad, but I quite like it lol. it's a revenge isekai story
Ramen Akaneko. wholesome show about a ramen store run by cats
Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines. Your typical harem romcom story, but it's quite good
The Ossan Newbie Adventure. Pretty funny and epic battles
Pseudo Harem. Wholesome romcom

Those are what I recommend for shows that I've watched.

I'm waiting on Nier Automata to be fully aired before I binge the whole anime

I'm waiting for Demon Slayer movies! Do you think they should have made it another episode season instead of 3 movies?

Its going to be forever for the movies, I know its sacrilege, but I wish in the meantime, they do a filler arc, like go back in time and just do little mini-arcs of solo captain adventures to keep the drip going.

It will be 3 years, 1 movie per year?
Animation is so excellent in the anime series. Train arc was a movie, will the length remain for the final 3 movies?
Maybe you know, what's the difference between train arc movie and then it was splitted into serval episodes, is it all identical between movie and episodes?

IIRC, based on what I heard, the TV episodes version of Mugen Train do add a few additional scenes, like a scene focused on Kaguya, the leader of the Demon Slayer Corps, is added. I assume these additional scenes are from the manga and not filler. So I do know they are additional scenes added, but hopefully someone can elaborate if they’re from the manga or are anime-original.

Finally UK preorder for the blu-rays for Re:Zero season 2 have hit, thanks to Crunchyroll just sitting on the licence in the UK for... some reason and doing literally nothing, they just went up for preorder.

Nabbed both, honestly it's the exact same problem with Gundam Witch from Mercury, Crunchyroll need to stay out of the physical anime production in the UK.

Oof, 4 years, even in the US that would be absurdly long. Since FUNimation closed, Crunchyroll definitely has had trouble keeping up with releases in comparison to how it used to be.

Although you’ll need to clarify on Gundam, as Re:Zero Season 2 was 2020, and Witch from Mercury was 2022, so not the same amount of waiting. 2 years waiting for a physical release is kind of standard at this point at least in the US. Though of course there are exceptions, Frieren, a 2023 show, is already getting its first physical release in the US in December, meanwhile I’m still waiting for the Chainsaw Man (2022) physical release in the US to even get announced.

Although it could be worse. Odd Taxi was locked behind a Kickstarter I never knew about, and now good luck getting a reasonably priced copy. I would rather much deal with a longer wait from Crunchyroll but pay a more reasonable price versus having to deal with THAT.

Or sadly accepting a lot of Netflix anime just won’t get physical releases at least not anytime soon. Still waiting for Dorohedoro and Komi Can’t Communicate Blu-Rays. At least Sentai did Carole and Tuesday.

So just to clarify on Witch from Mercury, it's actually a seperate issue, see all the UK Gundam releases look like this.

Now Crunchyroll who are uniquely handling Witch from Mercury want to sell this...

It's just not on dude, they fucked the whole thing. As for Netflix I'm just happy they released.

Everything else on the platform has been hit or miss for me in terms of Anime.
