If i were to eat one thing a day(Like a chicken salad.) then go on the bike for 20-25min, and drink water for the rest of the day...would i lose weight, or gain because im not getting enough food in my body...?
All you have to do to lose weight is make sure you're burning more calories than you're taking in, like 1800 vs. 2000 for example. It does not, by any means, have to be drastic like what you're planning.
