Oh and just to get the complaints out of the way

-why does it look like a tv show?
-it's too formulaic
-too many explosions
-where were the guardians of the galaxy and why couldn't they help ant-man?
-There are too many superhero movies out there
-Is this the new kamen rider?
-Edgar wright should have directed it

And now people who want to enjoy the movie can discuss it without the snarky cynicism!

Who am I kidding, people will complain anyway.

I have insect fatigue!

Ingenious OT, but you can really just use spoiler tag now instead of linking to an image so we don't have to open a new tab.

From the character descriptions, it sounds a bit like Iron man. Original hero is a tech guy, invents a suit, loses control of company, bad guy takes over and makes a militarised versions of said suit, fight ensues.

I'm sure there is more to it than that, But it does sound similar.

A few friend's saw it yesterday, very positive reactions from all three of them.

'May be one of my best superhero movies'
'Worth a repeat viewing'

Hyped!

Will it matter that I haven't seen Age of Ultron? Only recently caught up on Marvel flicks and didn't get a chance to see it in theatres.

This one seems pretty self contained so I should be good right? Ultron bluray will be out well in time for Civil War which is where it'll matter.

I think somebody said that was deliberate on Wright's part since he really liked Iron Man? Seems to be a pastiche/send-up of that narrative structure really. I'm way more excited for this than I was Age of Ultron. I've gotten over my heartbreak that this won't be Wright directed, and I'm looking forward to it.

Great joke in the OP, and I love that it links to the full scale pic.

However, I am not a fan of OTs that are nothing but pictures since the text is usually harder to read and doesn't scale as well on different displays. Sure, they look pretty at a glance, but it is harder to read.

Great OT.

I've had my tickets bought for a couple of weeks. Really get the feeling this will surprise some people and be good.

I'm really excited for this one, more so than I was for Ultron, since it just seems so different.

Fantastic OT! My hype for this was pretty low (which may be a good thing) but I'm getting pretty excited to see it now.

I know nothing about this character, and can't say I'm too hyped for the movie. But Marvel has a good track record, so I'll be there.

A character from Age of Ultron makes an appearance in Ant-Man.
