I live in the far north-west side of Chicago... it is as far north-west you can go without leaving the city. Anyways, there are tons of firemen, police officers and city employees that live in this area...
That is what makes this ironic... there have been a little over 15 break-in's the last few weeks in the neighborhood... pretty ballsie with all the cops living in the neighborhood.
These guys just use a cro-bar and bust in the front or back door... they are just looking for money too...
Anyways, I want a home security system for the house... ADT or Brinks... ADT gave me a price for what I want...
3 doors entrance protection, 2 remotes for arm/disarm, and system monitor... installed $680 and $33.99 a month monitoring...
Brinks wants a house interview for estimate... any ideas?
Would you use an over-the-counter home security with video with door sensors?
