It's old, but I don't know about "fake". Parts of it are better than others. Some of it is a good summary/explanation of the Cell patents, and some of it is obviously slanted opinion (i.e. the Cell vs PC part etc.). Not entirely useless, then, but it's not really bringing any new information to the table, just a regurgitation of what's been known for some time.
