I renewed my contract, and my new phone connects to MSN of course. Is this considered text messaging or is there another service charge thats applied for its use. Just trying to figure this out before LARGE BILL OF DEATH arrives unknowingly.

Its just the latest econo-phone, it was free so I took it.

is it the monoblock samsung model? anyway...i'd assume there's a charge for using text messangers...MSN or AIM.

Well im already signed up for 400 text messages so its ok on that side.

Nah its just the Nokia 6010. Decided to go candybar instead of flip again. The motorola v66 was a fun MY FIRST CELL PHONE but I wanted color and I wanted free.

You'll either get charged per msg or by how much bandwith you use. If you want to use IM on the go they got plans for like 12.99 a month for multimedia and stuff.

Check what you signed and give them a call if you have questions.

I have T-Mobile and the Motorola V300(which signs on to AIM), and my IMs are counted in my 300 text messages.
