April Wrasslin |OT| D.Brine collects his P45

GI Joe comes out around Summerslam I think and I remember them saying before that Rock would be at Summerslam so most likely he will be having a match. It makes sense to do Rock/Cena 2 in the summer and Rock/Brock at next Mania, because Rock/Cena 2 isn't going to sell another Mania. Only way this would change is if Lesnar faces Undertaker, but WWE probably thinks it can draw more 2 have them in 2 seperate matches. Also look at this death stare by A-Rod.

Looks like someone is pissed Cena fucked their woman and by Torrie's reaction you can tell he did.

Backstage at Raw tonight is Del Rio, Lord Tensai and a bunch of FCW talents
Sounds interesting, really intrigued to see how they handle Tensei and also for me to see how much he's improved since his last WWE stint.

Hope they're not thinking Kane vs Sheamus would make good main event material. I see things heading that way based on the way things turned out.

Well Extreme Rules usually just copies the WM card and gives a better event in the process, you should be safe for another month at least by the standard pattern.

--The Rock will be on Raw tonight, which will be his last week on the show for a while. Neither Undertaker nor HHH are advertised. A ten-man tag match is the advertised main event, with John Cena & C.M. Punk & Randy Orton & Big Show & Sheamus vs. Mark Henry & Daniel Bryan & Kane & Chris Jericho & Cody Rhodes, although that could be a dark match. Expect some major angles tonight since this is expected to be the highest rated episode of the year, although the NCAA finals with Kansas vs. Kentucky always hurts.

--Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley return to the TNA tapings tonight as the Motor City Machine Guns team. Hulk Hogan will be doing a State of the Union address. Don't those even do bad ratings when Obama does them? Eric Young is also having a bachelor party. Plus the Country band Montgomery Gentry will be in the house helping promote Bobby Roode vs. James Storm. Impact will also be taped on Tuesday, with the go home show for Lockdown.

--There is surprisingly little news coming out of WrestleMania. The company was very happy with the show overall. There don't appear to have been any significant injuries other than Justin Gabriel, who suffered an elbow injury that appears to not need surgery and he'll be out for several weeks. C.M. Punk looked like had a bad landing on his head during his match but we've heard nothing about it since.

--The WWE reported an $8.9 million gate, which would be by far the largest in pro wrestling history. Keep in mind the original numbers are often very different from actuals that hopefully will come out in a month or two. Still, they had broken the gate record in ticket sales a long time back, so whatever the final number is, it'll be the record.

--After the show was over, Rock made a point of shaking hand with every fan in the front row, as well as the announcers and the crew members. He also defaced a John Cena photo, which popped the crowd pretty big, and signed a lot of autographs. It appeared he was sending a message to people as it was a lot more than the usual end of the show babyface shaking hands with the fans stuff that they do at the end of almost all the house shows. Amazing that there wasn't one Rock interview on the entire show. (thanks to Stephen Lyon)

--TNA has released Scott Steiner, although he is still with Ring Ka King.

--Dana White did watch Mania, largely to see the main event because he's good friends with Dwayne Johnson. He actually didn't turn it on until the Punk match, so don't go asking him about what he thought of Undertaker's match. We've noted it here a few days back, but White has no problem with Lesnar doing pro wrestling.

Well that mania sucked. The start of the show ruined the whole thing. How could they bury Bryan like that! The Punk match was the only saving grace but it was pretty dull in the beginning.

After Mania interest guarantees it will do a good rating, but considering the go home show only did a fucking 3.0, I'd say tonight will end up a 3.2 or 3.3 at best. They should be much more concerned about what happens next week with no Undertaker, no HHH, no Rock, and no HBK. Sub 3.0 here we come.

It should be a 3.5, at least. Anything else is a disappointment, imo.

Batista at Summerslam 2008. Cena vs Punk wasn't clean. There was Johnny Ace distraction that caused Cena to lose.

Wow Batista was at that level? I stopped watching around the time Evolution first got started and semi got back after Rock's return last year and fully got back in with trollin trollin Jericho this year.

Where is Batista nowadays?

So my buddy in Miami is saying that there is a buzz about some kind of audible Vince called half way through the Rock, Cena match. Supposedly Cena was supposed to go over but Vince got into the refs ear and had them change it. Supposedly that is why Cena was mailing in the People's Elbow. Guess they were throwing around "The Miami Screw Job" I guess Cena was not happy about it... Course this is all rumor and buzz around the town.

Wanted to post this here also.

Mania live was something else, let me tell you. I'm going to post some of the main things I remember because I just got home and have only slept 1 hour in the past two days.

I was so excited for Bryan and Sheamus. I really thought we were going to get 15 minutes of awesome. After the brog kick and the 1,2,3 I sat in my chair with my head down for a good 15 seconds in utter shock. The whole stadium went crazy though and while I wouldn't have booked things that way the fans loved it.

Kane beating Blandy Boreton was a awesome. Nobody wanted Blandy to win in my section and Kane got a pretty nice pop when he got the 1,2,3.

Taker and HHH was epic live and in person. Everyone in the stadium was standing for a majority of the match. They told such a great story in the ring that they didn't need to have a 5 star wrestling match or do crazy insane bumps. People were buying all the near falls and after the Superkick/Pedigree combo 99% of people thought that was it. Everyone I talked to during and after the event loved the match.

Punk and Jericho started slow and the audience kinda lost interest for the first 15 minutes. Then they started exchanging finishers and submissions and people were going nuts for the rest of the match. I was a little disappointed in the match but it was still pretty freaking good.

Cena and Rock was electric. I had goosebumps for The Rock's entrance. The crowd was white hot thoughout. I'm not sure why alot of you were expecting a 5 star wrestling clinic but I thought for who was in the ring they delivered. I kept saying all weekend Rock should win but Cena will most probably walk out the winner. Let me tell you when The Rock got the 1,2,3 I started jumping up and down in my seat high fiving anyone and everyone and even hugging grown ass adult males. I wasn't the only person doing this either, 95% of the stadium was also!!!

So all and all Mania was off the charts awesome for anyone who went. Everyone afterwards was so happy, it was like are team had just won the Super Bowl or something.

Plus I saw both ROH shows which were good to great. The Saturday DGUSA show which was off the charts amazing and $5 wrestling during which I laughed so hard it hurt. Also I met some really awesome people and got to talk about nothing but wrestling for three days. It was a dream come true. I didn't have to feel like a loser for liking wrestling. Seriously people if you call yourself a wrestling fan or a member of Wrassle-Gaf you'll be in New York next year, otherwise I'll be saying this to you

Also wanted to say big ups to mechashiva and his dude Max for carpooling to Mania with me, introducing me to all his friends, and then talking wrestling and yelling "yes" at passersby with me till 5 this morning!!!

I'm counting down the days until next year!!!

Woke up feeling like shit a freight train. First one to complain, leaves with a bloodstain.

got food

Realized I missed a good amount of the HOF Induction

The last few days here have been pretty crazy: Like 5 wrestling threads, Off-topic, Community? A lot of new people posting, some old people getting banned.

Hopefully things settle back down now.

So is Punk bangin Lita cause he has her next to him at Hall of Fame and those Punk diaries have her in them too. Damn punk and his women skills
