She gets 2 mill for Aquaman, 4 mill for the sequel and 8 mill if they pick up her option for the third film. I think the WB exec doubled down on that testimony - Heard gets her 4 million even if they cut her from the film at this point but they have no obligation to pick her up for the third film if I understand correctly.
