IMO true anonymity is probably nearly impossible. That said, you are one of billions online so the question is does anyone actually care about you beyond your value as a consumer (probably in aggregate)? Probably not.

If you really want to be anonymous get and use a live Linux system on a cheap laptop (Parrot OS), use Mac Changer to clone the Mac address of another PC that already has access to Starbucks Wifi, then start TOR and then use Annon Surf.
