Somehow got into an argument over break with a friend over this weird topic question.

My friend says a man who has never had sex without condom in a way is still a semi-virgin. I am baffled and I argue that its the act that counts. My friend won't back down and goes on further to say that since skin on skin contact has never been made, then the men would still be a quasi virgin in a sort of way.
