Happened to notice a preview of this game while checking IGN:

The thing is, a game with the same title (well, almost) is on Nintendo's software list, from Ubi:

So, is there any connection?

Yep, it's coming for both. Shouldn't be too different, since both systems run ARM9. Nintendo DS in a lower Mhz, but then again, Ngage has a heavier OS running.
