Ass Creed: Brotherhood - Multiplayer Beta Out Now

The beta is now available to all PS+ users in the EU, I think it's also available to select PS+ users in the US.

Some info on what's in the 'beta' and a quick look at some MP gameplay.

The beta weighs in at a massive 3054Mb, and features nine different characters across two maps – Rome and Castel Gandolfo – with two modes available to play: Alliance and Wanted.

Okay seriously guys, please start noting the manner of availability in the thread titles. Telling me the Assassin's Creed Brotherhood beta is available and then finding out it's only on the European + service is like telling me that it's on the fucking moon. ;)

Oh, I agree.
It's a bit like naming a thread "New Silent Hill game from Team Silent" and then, in the first post, saying just "So, guys, how do you think a new game from them would be?". I would probably strangle the OP myself.

Actually, the multiplayer AC2 game for the iPhone was surprisingly interesting.
It was 2D and top-down, but it was fun and Brotherhood's multiplayer seems to build on that.

Oh totally. The same things that make me sad might make other people happy. I'm just not down on the MP thing for previously SP only games.

I must say i'm impressed with all these betas that Sony are getting.

Then watching how canny they are and making them open to PSN+ members off the bat whilst everyone else has to beg for codes.

There is no code, its just posted in the plus section for EU members
im already dl a 3 gig file!
 
3 gig? That means I have to at least wait five hours for it to finish the download and then I can start the 1h installation. :D Looking forward to playing it, though.
 
IS it unreasonable to believe it'll sometimes come to US non PS+ users? (perhaps a GameSpot promotion, etc?) :(
