people do realise that you have only meat/zero carb for TWO WEEKS, right?
after which you phase in carbs upwards and upwards until you find a nice healthy level.
People seem to think people who do Atkins just eat cheese and meat for the rest of their life. Agreed - people who do do that are utter mongs, but the people who believe that that is all the diet is are just plain wrong...
for the record, i did Atkins for almost a year and lost around 20kgs, i stopped atkins about 4 months ago, and my weight has gone up a little bit (1 kg or so) - and i must admit i feel a hell of a lot better than i did! >
Saying that, i've upped my exercise routine as well.
