I've said it before and I'll say it again: Turn-based JRPGs can and will easily thrive on mobile. Selecting menus to do attacks on a phone is a no-brainer.

The issue with them sometimes not thriving nor reviewing well always revolves around monetization. There are simply too many 'gates' in front of someone when they're simply trying to have a good experience.

If a subscription service manages to circumvent this issue, then it's a plus.

Tbh, P5X is a proper game minus the gacha part, but yeah I get where you're coming from. P5X has jiggle physics as well, btw.
