Its been used quite a bit as a copout finish so the two wrestlers don't lose any more established heat. If Ziggler beats Miz 2nd time in a row, then nobody wants to see them wrestle again. If Miz wins, then the title change last night looks cheap. Its obvious they want to continue the feud so it was the safest option.
