So for the next cwc, do you think they try to get Ricochet and Ospreay to participate? Didn't they try to get Ricochet this year but his LU contract prevented it?

Oh, absolutely. Ryback doesn't lay it in or have the actual athleticism of the BJW guys.

But against a stiff like The Bodyguard? Sure! I hope AJPW doesn't do it though. Maybe Akebono can book it for Royal Road the next the Yakuza has some cash it needs to launder through a wrestling show.

Honestly I think Ryback would be a pretty hilarious addition to Bullet Club. Another enforcer. He can't be worse than Bad Luck Fale.

Ricochet's deal ends when his LU airing date for season 3 ends. With season 3 premiering this year, that means he'll probably be free next summer. (That's not a season 3 spoiler btw, he could always extend by that point and season 3 stuff isn't affected by that, simply the deadline is around the end of that airing. His contract is still in effect until after it airs.)

Ospreay's probably staying with New Japan at least until 2018. He signed with them after they changed their deals to be multi-year instead of just yearly, so I think it'd be weird if he wasn't there at least until Jan 2018. If CWC is indeed an (or ends up an) annual thing like WWE want, I could certainly see him attempt it at some point. I just don't think it'll be as early as next year.

I see, thank you for the information. I had this idea on my head pf both of them in the finals of next year's cwc. I guess if Ricochet does go, he'll probably be the winner, which is good as I could see them giving it to Will over him. You know, with Will being beat down, how is he going to last two years in NJPW? Jesus, dude needs to relax if he wants to make it to 26 lol.
