The terrible thing about political ideologies.. is those things I listed really aren't issues for everyone considering if you consider yourself a conservative eg right-wing you are more likely going be against things like free tertiary education, free healthcare, funding towards social services, rights for refugees to seek asylum etc.. but the latter thing about refugees is more the nature of the political climate and the media's influence, considering we have a former liberal PM that finds our current treatment of refugees to be absolutely abhorrent.
When talking about "the right" you really have to separate out the conservatives from the small l liberals because they're ultimately fairly different. Of the three issues you've noted:
Feminism: obviously a conservative wants existing power structures in place, but a small l liberal sees equality before the law as a very important thing, so would be dead against any sex based discrimination on a state level. They would also see any attempt to force certain types of equality, such as wages or positions in certain industries, as unnecessary state force against individuals to make their own decisions about who to employ and how much to pay them. They would say they are for "individual" rights, and females are individuals like anyone else.
Education: The small l liberal position on education would be that the private sector does better at everything, so they would be better at delivering education too. State based education moves too slow to get anything done or make changes with the time, pumping out pointless degrees that no longer have relevant in the workplace. Perhaps the more extreme view is that it's funded by taxation and the state has no right to force people to pay for other peoples education.
Human rights: Parts of the right define themselves by their defense of individual rights. When talking about asylum seekers for example, the question from them has to be, what right do you have to force me to pay for a stateless person? I think some of them would ultimately be ok with asylum seekers as long as there was no welfare state, and fewer labour laws so they can be easily employed.
If you want to make a difference to anyone you really have to understand the viewpoint of your opponents. It's not good enough to suggest that only the left has positions on those issues.
