Site always says it's ready the day before, I assume because they print out the labels they stick on your copy of the game at the store. You can't pick it up until release day, though. I believe it tells you that in the email.

PS4. I preordered it. When I went to pick it up (Cali) I was in the area anyway so I was prepared for a no. But they handed it over no prob. They had a stack of them for PS4 and X1 as well in the online/in-store pickup area.
