Adam Sessler barely makes a good video game host, much less a good Lex Luthor.
Considering the cast features quite a few legitimately good-to-great actors, (Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, and yeah - Ben Affleck is good) I'm sure there's loads of big-budget movies that feature much more questionable casting.

Dunno how reliable they are, but this is interesting for sure if true.

Can't remember where I read it but the Superman suit is suposed to have a few changes, can't wait to see it.....
.......oh right, the Batman one too.

LOL, should have clarified it was a tongue-in-cheek suggestion.

Actually it's a great idea, one that was touched upon by Max Landis (the guy who wrote Chronicle) when he gave his pitch for a take on how he'd do a Superman movie.
Batman could teach Superman precision, restraint, how to mind his surroundings, and with Batman's martial arts background it could totally work.

Well, that's the real trick, isn't it. It really comes down to whether Terrio delivers a solid script. Because Snyder is only good as his script. That's the one constant across his spotty filmography: Script is decent? Movie is decent. Script not so hot? Movie gets in trouble.
Well I wasn't a super huge fan of the Zimmer tracks in MoS to be honest
Ah.It's a tacked-on title. He's got no input.
When a screenwriter can blend characterization and personality with actions that move the plot forward, Snyder can direct that, and the performances reflect that as well. Look at Watchmen, for example, or Dawn of the Dead.
I thought it was alright... but ya It kind of seemed like he took one or two melodies and hit the replay button
Watchmen is actually a great example of what I'm talking about. :lol
I remember seeing or reading he was already thinking about what he was gonna do.I bet Zimmer bails out
... I read he really enjoyed doing Nolan's trilogy and is "conflicted" about doing another Batman...
This seems like Gal is bulking up a bit
I doubt she's gonna lose her supermodel physique. Probably the only reason she was hired.
Yeah...I imagine even her face will look a little different if she does a serious bulk up.
While the idea is kind of sound, Max Landis comes off as such a pompous prick that I have a hard time backing any idea of his out of spite. Call me jaded. Meh.
She'll have some solid definition but people expecting her to have significant size gains compared to when she was cast might end up disappointed.
For starters, lets get this out of the way immediately: Lex Luthor is BALD. His head is shaven to be exact. But that is not all. He has another physical trait. You see, Lex Luthor is also into body art and has a detailed sleeve tattoo of the Metropolis skyline on his right arm. Lex is also the richest man on the planet who became a self made billionaire at 18. Lex is currently the CEO of Lexcorp who is one part tech genius, one part ruthless business man and two parts Metropolis street tough. Yes, street tough.
At 14 Lex was living on the streets and for survival was initiated into a street gang. He learned early on that there was someone always bigger and stronger but never smarter. By 15 that street gang was answering to him. According to Lex, strength isnt everything. RESOLVE is.
So Lex Luthor is the Metropolis street kid turned mogul. My kind of tough guy.
Dont think of Lex as some goon because his eyes say it all. Behind them burn the fires of unparallelled genius. A powerful intellect enabling him to accomplish anything he bends his will toward. In the boundaries of his mind he is godlike but not a God.
We meet Lex early on in the story when Bruce Wayne first pays him a visit at his 125th floor penthouse located inside Lexcorp Tower. Lex is sitting at his desk in front of an array of computer screens. Take a wild guess what he is watching on the monitors?
The Man Of Steel.
Dont for a second think that Bruce and Lex are cool because they got no love for each other. They have a past. You see Bruce once called Lex as an amoral, arrogant brat. Lex thinks of Bruce as a trust fund baby. Lex considers he got himself to where he is at by innovation and hard work while Bruce by accident of birth.
Bruce considers Superman an impressive specimen. Lex considers him an alien, and a trespasser that doesnt belong on this planet. Superman is just one of the reasons Bruce came to visit Metropolis. He has an interest in the citys tragic circumstances. More like profitable circumstances according to Lex.
The rebuilding of Metropolis is Bruce Waynes main priority and is in town to help. Bruce believes pooling their resources would better serve the citizens of Metropolis and Bruce is willing to put his differences with Lex aside and let bygones be bygones.
Lex believes Wayne Enterprises is a powerful company but not enough to challenge him in his own backyard. Lex Luthor is Lexcorp and Lexcorp is Metropolis. Despite the limitations of Wayne Enterprises, there are some things Lex believes he can use the company for. Lexs secretary will send Wayne the contracts.
In terms of Superman, Lex believes Superman can die. For all its abilities its not immortal. Bruce believes there can be a peaceful solution to the Superman problem. One that doesnt involve going toe to toe with a God. Lex doesnt intend to go toe to toe with anybody because he believes you dont get to be a general by charging the frontlines with the rest of the troops.
As Wayne leaves, you know who Lex is thinking about?
THE BATMAN.
But that is another story, folks.
Exactly. She does have a career outside of acting. She's not about to put that in jeopardy by taking something that would really increase her size unnaturally. This is a Snyder film. Regardless of how she is looking in the end the action scenes are going to look great and sell. It's what he does best so in that regard no one should worry.
This role is probably a game changer for her. She'd better be ingesting tren, test, and the entire fucking pharmacy.
This seems like Gal is bulking up a bit
That...actually sound interesting. I was a bit sceptical of the street thug Lex that seems to be making the rounds but really it seems like Lex could be a great villain to both Bruce Wayne and Superman if this is the way the movie choses to go.I know I know, Latino Review, but I'm bored.
It takes a little bit of time to bulk up.I think my mom has bigger biceps
I know I know, Latino Review, but I'm bored.
It was posted weeks ago and exactly 6 days after Eisenberg's casting- which had remained completely secret for more than 130 days. The convenient timing of Luthor-related click-bait right after interest in Luthor was spiked by the casting announcement should be viewed with extreme skepticism.Wasn't that already posted a couple weeks ago? Or were the details of the rumor different?

.
Why can't they just straight up adapt Animated Series Lex Luthor? As a cunning business man he's a very worthy foe for Bruce Wayne and as a scientist he's a worthy foe for Superman.
