Has anybody used an Xbox One controller on PC? Battlefield 4 has shit controller support.

Battlefield Hardline |OT| Sound of Da Police
I used an xbox controller to fly in Hardline beta just like I do in BF4.

Most of the maps look great, specially for Hotwire. I already know I will love Riptide.
I also find it funny that all of the youtubers were forced to play on PS4 at the EA preview event recently, and like everyone one of them has a disclaimer saying: "I play on PC so you will see me suck in this video because of lol controllers".
Would we be able to make another thread to discuss political stuff so it doesnt shit up the OT?
This please, that song comes on and the game goes super sayian intenseBattlefield: Hardline |OT| Woop-woop, that's the sound of da police

YessirWait. Is it really in the game?
Yessir
That makes me really happy.
Without spoiling it, it's brilliant when it begins.
Yeah man, and it always comes on during the hardest situationsWait. Is it really in the game?
Thank you. Is there aim assist and whatnot like you are playing on a console, or is it just raw input?

Checked out the game on EA Access on the One.
Wow, does not look all that good graphically. They have taken steps back for sure, and it doesn't even run much better than BF4. It is pretty disappointing actually.
Playing the game itself was sad for me. I used to be good at Battlefield. Been playing it since Day 1 actually, 1942. Over the past 5 years I have played less and less BF, and I probably only played about 15 hours total of BF4 compared to 275 for BF2. I am now at the point where I suck at the game tremendously. In fact I actually feel lost in it, which is just crazy to me.
Granted a very big part of it is the fact I have historically played it on PC, so was struggling with the controller replacing a KB&M.
But even keeping that in mind, it felt like a foreign game for me. And it never has before.
Perhaps it is just this Hardline bullshit, or perhaps it is really I just suck. Not sure.
But keeping it a rental. No doubt.
Have they toned down the high contrast lighting and lense flare effects from the previous two games?
First "Battlefield" game I'll be skipping in the last five years. On the plus side my wallet can breathe for once.
Or hootie-hooBattlefield: Hardline |OT| Woop-woop, that's the sound of da police
Anyone? So if I pre loaded the game, do I still get to play one the trial runs out or no?
Anyone?
What I mean is, since I have the game preordered digitally through the Xbox store, if once the EA access trial runs out, will I be able to still play the game or will I have to again wait for it to unlock on Tuesday?I'm not sure how EA access works, but if it's a trial it usually means you have to buy the game once the trial runs out.
Unless you bought the game, then you would be ready to go once the servers go live.

I've never actually bought a game I've trial played so I'm just curious. Would be a big plus if I can still play.
Hopefully this game has branching story paths, alternate endings, and different strategies depending upon the lethal/non-lethal option. This is a Holiday 2015/Q1 2016 purchase for me right now.
Anyone?
Anyone?
Correction.I would doubt it.
Correction.
