Ok, Bank of America is suing my ass to collect their money which is less than $2000. 3 months ago i told them i waited to settle and i paid them $1000 and i told them i won't have any money until next summer because i will be in school. Well, today i just received some document called "Case Management Statement" from the creditors. I already told them i am not disputing their complaint and agreed that they can go ahead and get a judgement and fuck my credit. Question is what do next, should i wait for something from the court itself before i do anything. Any legal is most welcome :D

That throwing stick stunt of yours has boomeranged on us.
My advice to you as a law student is to seek the advice of a practicing lawyer. Don't take your credit lightly. Also keep in direct contact with the creditor.

Keep spending and racking up more debt. Eventually you'll lap yourself and start over at square one. If it's good enough for the US govt. then it's by God good enough for you!

Start documenting EVERYTHING, everyone you talk to, when you talk to them, what was agreed upon, etc. What you need to do is get on top of things and over communicate with them that you intend to pay, when you intend to pay, and who agrees to let you off the hook till next summer.
