Harlem NIghts is indeed great, but I don't think it would be nearly as funny as it was if it wasn't for that big black woman (her name escapes me). She was freaking hilarious.

"Trading Places" is the most quotable movie of all time. Waaaaaay back when I was in high school, I had a job at a local soda pop shop. My boss and I would endlessly quote this movie. Half of our conversation to our customers was bits and pieces of one-liners. Some of my favorites:

John Belushi: "Monkey? MONKEY????? I'm a FUCKING gorilla, YOU CLOWN!!!!"

"Who been puttin' their KOOLS out on my floor?? WHO HAS BEEN PUTTIN' THEIR KOOLS OUT ON MY FLOOR?????"

*Eddie Murphy is pretending to be a crippled blind man to con people for money*
"Hey baby, whats happenin? I know what you thinkin baby, once you have a man with no legs, there's no goin back... " *woman, disgusted, walks away* "We can make it baby! Me and you!... Ya BITCH!

"When I was growing up and we wanted a jacuzzi, we had to fart in the bath tub."

"You was in the tank last night, braggin' on yo' limousine. You're the muthafucka I was gunna call!". Followed by the best line in the film, "YEAH.".

*with a refined accent* ""Muthafucka? Moi??"

"Merry New Year!!!" "Happy. It's Happy New Year." "AH-HA HA HA HA HA HA!!! Thank you for correcting my English which STINKS!"

"You beatin' 10 cops. How come I don't see no bruises on you?"
"'Cause I'm a karate man, see! And a karate man bruises on the inside! They don't show their weakness. But you don't know that because you're a big Barry White looking motherfucker!"

*Eddie Murphy accidentally breaks an expensive vase*
Eddie: Hey, sorry about that.
Randolph Duke: It's perfectly alright William. It was your vase.
Eddie: That was a cheap vase, right? That was a fake?
Randolph Duke: I believe we paid $35,000. But if I remember correctly, the insurance company valued it at $50,000. You see, Mortimer? William has already made us $15,000.
[Coleman, Mortimer, Randolph, and Eddie Murphy start laughing]
Eddie: You want me to break something else?
Randolph Duke, Mortimer Duke, Coleman: NO!

Coming To America, for the simple fact that the quote, "That's beautiful! What issat, velvet?" can be applied to anything.
