Meh. That is too a vague request. The graphics are dependent on the frame-rate, the type of game, the platform, etc.

It's amazing how a five year old game still blows away everything else. I still don't think BF3 or Crysis 2 can match the visuals in a modded version of Crysis. Even though Crysis 2 is technically superior, it's awful art style brings down the game.

Sleeping Dogs, Arkham City and Max Payne 3 have fantastic DX11 effects, Sleeping Dogs is particularly pretty with the High res pack. Lesser mentioned is the Total War games, Shogun 2 looks fantastic and Rome 2 is looking to be generational leap levels of awesomeness. Also the ArmA series, though it can be inconsistent.

See, I'm a fan of pixel art. Rayman is too smooth. Perhaps if it looked more like a great cartoon, like Wario Shake it, I would like it more better.

I think that rayman's graphics has something wrong too, but the result remains really spectacular.
Imo dragon's crown will have the best 2d graphics.
