For me, it's Dark Souls. Edges out The Witcher 2 by just a tad, possibly due to the fact that I can run it without a hitch with massive supersampling.
The lighting isn't on the level of The Witcher 2, but it's also much more consistent. The Witcher 2 has some beautifully lit scenes, while in others everything is glowing like it's radioactive.
Besides that, there are just a ton of things that come together to make Dark Souls such a fantastic looking game on my system: insane IQ thanks to supersampling, some of the best texture work and modeling for any game, a massive interconnected world with unlimited view distance. It's really something quite special.
