best site for saturn titles?

eBay's probably your best bet. To play imports, you just need to get a convertor that goes into the cartridge slot. I have an Action Replay 4M Plus (which you can get for $30 at www.ncsx.com), which acts as a convertor, 1MB and 4MB RAM cartridge, and memory bank all at once. A simple ST Key will suffice, though, and it's only $10. I'd recommend something like what I have if you plan on getting anything that requires a RAM cartridge.

I concur that Ebay will probably be your best shot at games. If you have a Rhino Games nearby, they also stock Saturn titles. As far as playing imports, I would suggest a mod switch. If you (or a friend) are handy with a soldering iron, the instructions are in section 9.6 of this FAQ. I use a switch mod in my Saturn and it works fine. The various converter carts, while easier to use, can possibly damage the cartridge slot of the Saturn (some of the mod carts have connector boards that are a little too thick for the cart slot). I used to use such a cart until I started having trouble getting my memory cartridge to work. A friend did the mod for me and I haven't looked back since. Just one caution on the switch-NEVER change regions with the Saturn TURNED ON.

I actually have had a cartridge slot on my old Saturn break because of the ST Key, so maybe I shouldn't have recommended that. When I got my new Saturn, I considered getting a mod done, but in the end I went with the cheaper alternative of the Action Replay. Since it's a convertor, RAM cart, and memory card all in one, I figured I'd never need to take it out of the cartridge slot, so I wouldn't have to worry about it breaking. But if money isn't an issue to you, a mod probably would be ideal.
