Mmm… really hard to pick one, they are the best three by far. Ill go with back to the future because the others have some no so great entries on their respective trilogies.

Temple of Doom
Back to the Future II

ESB, Temple of Doom, and BttF part 2 for me. It's funny in video games I'm almost always partial to the third entry but with movies I tend to like the second ones best.

Back to the Future easily. SW and Indy are classics for sure, but they've never been my favorite films.

I wouldn't really consider any of them to be home runs really.

Star Wars and Empire are great, Jedi really isn't, it sticks the landing just about but as a whole its not in the same league as the first two.

Raiders is a masterpiece, Temple of Doom is a big step down, and Last Crusade is just kinda average.

BTTF isn't exactly a trilogy; there's the first movie and the second two are basically two parts of a lengthier sequel. Which is why the quality is more consistent, but I don't feel like either adds much to the original.

On balance Star Wars has to take it because its the one with two bona-fide classics, and actually adds up to a proper trilogy narratively.
