While the gore was top notch, and I'm glad they're bringing this back, the whole thing felt too scripted. That recent artivle on E3 scripted demos has changed my mind on things too, I guess. Still cool. Looking forward to it.

Yup this game needs help. Very boring looking. Nothing stands out. To many borrowed concepts from other games. The chainsaw gore is not enough to put this over any edge. Dead space has better deaths as well.

Close up attack.

It just doesn't have that "charm" of the older ones you know.
I mean, I'm not the biggest doom fan, but you know it when you see it.
Thankfully, it's still probably in development so a lot can be fixed.

Multiplayer is going up against next-gen Unreal Tournament, so that will be interesting at least. Single-player looks like poop though. Very generic and dull with AI acting incredibly stupid.
