Important PSA For Beyoncé Fans: Rachael Ray Is Not Rachel Roy

And remember: This is Rachel Roy… She has some very good hair.

And this is Rachael Ray. SHE JUST WANTS TO MAKE BRUNCH.

RIP

You know others are playing those games right? Drake's album is Apple exclusive and Taylor already gave them a exclusive concert.
Isn't it only a one week exclusive? That's doable for me but this being exclusive "In Perpetuity" rubs me the wrong way. I don't really care about concerts.

To elaborate, it seems that exclusive releases are far more common on Tidal than the other services. And that doesn't seem to be by coincidence, as it's part of their core strategy. Lemonade, TLOP ANTI, Prince, old Jay-Z albums -- it's a "perpetual" theme for Tidal. I understand that to survive you have to differentiate, but I don't like it when that's applied to full studio albums instead of bonus content like concerts or b-sides. (I'm a spotify user and I'm tempted every month to go to Apple Music because I still can't stream 1989. It sucks and I wish Spotify would kill its free tier to placate her wishes.)

Serena Williams looks stunning in Sorry. I think the video is my fave off lemonade too. Not usually a fan of black and white videos either, but it was really really well shot. And great visual concept

Ok, watched Lemonade and listening to the album. It slays, and I'm not a Beyonce fan. The James Blake track is everything, I only wish it was longer!

Hot sauce is the name of the bat she uses. Ya'll thought she was talking about actual hot sauce.

THIS IS CHESS NOT CHECKERS!

And man people on Twitter complain about anything, why is there no white representation in this, or other WOC. Like holy fuck kill yourselves...twice.

Nah, I really don't care about their success if the owners continue to play games with exclusive releases.

As long as you don't have an apple music or spotify account I won't go at you for this complaint.

But there is, isn't there? Did they not watch the whole thing?

One of my favorite parts is where it goes into "6 inch"; I keep rewinding to the beginning of it and rewatching it.

So I guess the days of Survivor

"I'm not gon blast you on the radio
(I'm better than that)...
You know I'm not gon diss you on the internet
Cause my mama taught me better than that,"

are gone, huh?

I'm sure all the stuff you said 15 years ago still holds true to this day.

I can't get over Love Drought's chorus

Her tone's never sounded more gorgeous. "You-uuu-uuuu-uuuuu" is giving me Mariah delicate melisma crossed with Aaliyah smooth haze.

The album, the video, the whole "event" feel. No other artist (male or female) is on Beyonce's level when it comes to the total package.

LOL the Rita Ora necklace is actually an R. I guess snapchat or whatever she used for the pic didnt mirror the pic and it looks like a J that way. She has wore that necklace before lol.

Really though, Solange is a real one if she chin checked Jay in that elevator over this business with Dame's ex wife.
Jays been known to use women to get at dude's hes got a problem with. (Nas baby mama)

What's the name of that country sounding song and is the Tidal tracks different from what's on the visual album? I see Kendrick Lamar and Formation on there, but when I watched the videos neither were in it.

The country song is Daddy Lessons, and afaik every song was featured on the film, in the same order as the album, but not in full, though Formation only shows up after the credits in the Tidal version. Freedom (the one with Kendrick) plays arond the 45-50 minute mark.

Its more accurate to call it country blues. Ive never heard a straight country song with a sax in it. That shit is blues.

Thanks that country song did it for me. Was Lamar's verse in the video version? I didn't hear it.

SIS!!!! I'm so glad I'm not the only one who noticed this. Love Drought is my FAVORITE song because of the classic 90's feel. The synths, her vocals on top.... Just... Ugh... I had to submerge myself into that song.... Pure Sex 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥
