initial impressions are that these maps aren't very good or visually interesting. Seeing other impressions, they seem to be polarizing...some love them and others hate them.

Interesting. I think Propaganda is a fantastic looking map... maybe because it reminds me of the Metro games for some reason. The restaurant in the Sunken Dragon map to is also a great landmark... love the neon and geometry in that building.

I think I'm enjoying these so much because I'm partial to these *types* of maps in the more modern Battlefield games, which is why I also think Aftermath was the best BF3 expansion. A lot of similar maps in that pack.

Trying to get the floodgate assignment for the new revolver in Sunken Dragon is hilarious. Like the entire map is going for it. 5 people standing over the computer spamming action. The room getting blasted and rushed constantly by both teams. Pretty much impossible if you're not lucky right now unless you get a low-pop server (I'm on PS4). Guess I'll have to be patient

Weird, I got it on my first try. No one was going for it on the server(I think there might have been one other person). Either everyone already did it or didn't know about it I guess.

Had the expansion maps crash the game twice during Conquest. Just randomly, not during any kind of event like on Sunken Dragon either. Once on Propaganda and the other was Pearl Market I think.
Not during heavy action either. Noticed some really bad framerate dives from the few hours I've played as well.

I think the maps on the whole are good. I'm actually surprised I like Pearl Market.

My initial impressions on Propaganda and Pearl Market are that the maps seem overcrowded. It breaks my immersion seeing dozens of soldiers in overly chaotic firefights shooting in all directions in these relatively close quarters, looks a bit silly to me, like you wouldn't see a war movie depicting firefights like that.

Thats how I felt on my first playthrough but it really isnt that crowded.

Propoganda actually feels like Operation Locker, its very hard to get to the other side of the map so you have to stay together.

Pearl Market seems crowded but once you know the in's and out's of the whole map, and know how to take advantage of the roofs, it isnt as bad.

DLC corrupted my game. So I had to delete the entire game and now have to redownload BF4. Already downloaded all the DLC and the patch, minus Dragon's Teeth. The game is at 18GB/35 GB. So frustrated right now.

I cannot find this anywhere on Xbox One. Things I have tried: bing search, store search, choosing chain link from quick start menu, going to the in game store, trying to pick a server from the browser.

I seriously love this game, but damn.

Finally bought Premium since the game now works fine.


Propaganda is an amazing map. Totally loved it.

Pearl market runs at about 20 FPS on xbone

Dice LA seems to have stepped it up a notch when it comes to map design, these are freaking awesome. Especially love the mud-slide levolution, makes the map a real fun play.

best map is definitely Propaganda.
not only because it's in Pyongyang but because it reminds me of Bad Company 2.
