It's definitely more like the Swat 3-4 than Rainbow 2-3 (huge emphasis on Swat's team order system than on careful planning / go-code execution like R6)
But as huge fan of classical R6 and Swat 3-4, Ready or Not is an awesome game.
I'v almost 100% when it was launched and re did it again with the 2 Dlcs. Always playing with AI (you can get a bug here and there, the famous door stuck situation but nothing too compromising)
There's nothing as satisfying as aceing the high school mission or to perfectly HS a hostage taker after breaching a room.
My only complains are that they should give us options to tackle missions with multiple teams because some maps are really big for a 5 man's squad (Classic R6/Swat 3 style), an options to use snipers or some kind of overwatch (they scratched this feature on the second dlc) and give us more missions like the gas station one to tackle as a 2 man's team/first responders/beat cop style (small maps, pistols only, few suspects).
I'm not worried about the entire context menu command/order thing (it could work even with voice recognition) but this is the kind of game the demands perfect shots, let's see if they can translate that to a controller.
