I can see I'll have a good time in this thread, I've met people like you before Amir0x, you treat a discussion as if its a competition. Twisting your argument and insulting people for no reason. You were the one who claimed someone else brought up PSP, they didn't, you did and I was only reminding you of that.
It doesn't matter if there was no official info posting in the thread. As soon as we see screen shots then we know the game is officially coming to DS. Which should lead to discussions on the game itself, including but not limited to its graphics. There is plenty to talk about, just because some screenshots are posted in a thread that does not limited the thread to a graphics pissing match. Now calm yourself down and stop acting like a spoilt brat.

This thread was made. It contained only screenshots, and the fact that B&W was coming for DS. That's all. So, with THIS info the primary thing to discuss is the screenshots. We have absolutely ZERO meaningful info on the "game itself", except how it looks. Do you understand this? Therefore, we discuss how it looks. There are not plenty of things to talk about since we know SHIT about what the game will offer except that B&W PC sucked ass.

I could not see myself playing this game for an extended period of time given my past experience with Black and White. Basically, this is like Tomagotchi where your pet can kill people. I'm glad that the DS is getting the title as it needs the support, but open-ended sims like gameplay, ie. boring, is not something I'm looking for on my handheld. BUT, if say you could play games wirelessly on maps with friends... That may change my mind.

Once again, there is a lot more then just "those graphics are shit" or "those graphics are great" to talk about. A thread is not some linear thing that is defined by the exact content of its initial post.

That said, I agree with your assertion. If they really have an alternate topic that they can derive about B&W DS based on the factual information we have about the title I'm all ears. That's the big problem.

If it has the type of scope the PC version did, as far as level sizes and AI, then that's not a bad looking game for the DS.
Of course, they'd still have to fix all the stuff that was wrong with the original game. So I'll just add another post to the most pointless thread on the first page.

If someone posts a screen shot of a new game that does not mean that graphics are the one allowed topic of discussion. How about just discussing wether you liked the original? What are the possibilities in a DS version? Are you excited by a DS version or not, is the word speculation not in your vocabularly? Yes talk about graphics obviously, but despite what you say there is plenty more to talk about. I'm not even talking specifically about you either and I never was. There are too many people around here who just post things like "Eww looks crap" or "That looks like a joke".. I mean honestly, I pitty people who are so caught up in graphics they can't even think of anything else to say.

I mean, we had screenshots. We commented. This whole thing spawned from those original comments. Seems to me nobody really wanted to discuss those other things, they simply wanted to focus on the fact that someone made a negative comment about the only real facts we had in this thread.
But no, I can think of plenty of other things to say. Point is, it's unfounded speculation. I already said early on I felt NDS control scheme would be ideal. The only thing we had to discuss based on actual info was the screenshots, and that's what I did. No foul, no harm. You don't have to participate.
