Blimblim, I dont know what the difference is but it pretty much seems to work in the same way to me. That is: upon reaching a given camera movement speed, environment blurs. That's what happens with both PDZ and GOW (fast looking around), PGR3 (at turns) and SOTC (fast camera rotation around main character). Actually I can go as far as saying that they share the same "issue", that being that non-background elements (like the car in front of you in PGR3 or the horse in SOTC) dont blur when everything else does (you basically see the car/horse perfectly on focus but on a blurred background)
