I don't knwo how they can even hope to pull this one off.

They're all in for the shock of their lives, because being blind makes Dunbar a better cop than he ever has been. Steven Bochco's new drama stars "ER's" Ron Eldard as Dunbar, and tackles the issue of handicapped employees head-on
