Different strokes, I guess. I've always hated the Warcraft universe's interpretation of goblins...but then again there are few variations on the classic fantasy goblin I like to begin with. They'll be to the Horde what the Night Elves are to the Alliance on my character selection screens (i.e., absent).

I'm not a big fan of the way they're presented in the lore, but aesthetically, they remind me of this evil little fella:

FUCK no, battlegrounds in wow are always "head towards the hotness", which they've been struggling to keep old bgs relevant by adding a timer to Warsong Gulch and shit like that.

Sargeras is more powerful than the Old Gods actually. He was the most powerful Titan.

Absolutely. It won't be AS crazy since the reward for winning is less, though. As long as there are portals to WG from an easily accessible city, then it will remain both popular and well traveled.
