Blizzcon Discussion thread of "you made how many billion?"

Just like you and Sony :p

Not really. Sony has the same level of terribad cs anymore as MS or Apple as I recently found out. Plus, GAP is bs. Plus, well, there's a lot of stuff I don't like about them, just there's less for me to bitch about with them than other companies still :lol

Did he just ask if you could cancel your attacks? :lol Awesome!

That was the only question I thought was worth asking. They kept playing up that the Monk was inspired by fighting games, so it was a good idea to see how far they really went with that. Everything else...eugh. Everyone else has complained enough about it though.

I know :lol

So I wonder if Garrosh taking over is true?
I hope not... I mean why would Thrall ever give him leader?

Certainly, Azshara and the Naga have been mysteriously absent in all of this, aside from the new Vashj'ir zone. My guess? They're holding that stuff for later down the road. I think we'll be fighting Deathwing pretty early on, with Azshara becoming the end-of-expansion boss.
No way. Deathwing is far too cool to take a back seat to Azshara.

I wouldn't mind that, but it'll probably come at the cost of Thrall becoming very-very neutral. I for one, would welcome the new blood thirsty overlord.

Hell yes a return to form of the horde would be nice, I am fed up of all that peace pipe malarkey.

Here it goes, Starcraft II panel... I'm NOT hyped <,<

But I'm watching!

I guess Thrall knows he has to go elsewhere to join the council and there's really nobody else he can hand Orgrimmar over to, he really doesn't have a respected second-in-command.

Battle.Net panel starting.

I've seen all the SCII I care to before I'm sitting in my chair playing it on my computer for the first time. But I am *very* excited to hear about the new b.net.

I had no idea they were showing of the new Battle.net!

HYPEEEEEEEEEE

On one hand, I don't want to lose Thrall to the alliance neutrality. I'm selfish and want him to stay Horde. On the other hand, I want the rumored open warfare between the alliance and horde that Garrosh would bring. Obviously Garrosh is up to something with him building new cities and being in their cinematics.

EAT IT, WoW!

I have to say, I totally feel like I got my money's worth with the feed. The amount of info they gave was insane, and there's still more WoW panels to go. The cataclysm announcement + panel honestly got me more excited than all of E3 2009.

I'm watching it free via justin.tv lol

I'm betting ten dollars that one of the first three questions during th Q&A session will be someone bitching about no LAN support in SC2. The audience will then totally back that person up with uproarious cheering in agreement, then Blizzard will give a level-headed response as to why they chose not to include it. The audience will groan.

Ten dollars.

You know people are watching the exact same feed as you, on the same website, free, right?

So what? I love achievements. Just don't do them.
Sure, I guess you're right... it's just that

nah nevermind, it's complicated :lol

Keep posting announcements if you don't mind. I haven't been able to find a good summary yet (I'm most interested in Battle.net and SCII).

God damn, this is a pretty thorough rebuilding of the whole concept of Battlenet.
Yes! Can't wait to see how DIII works with this.

Hmmm, does that mean one game=one account? I'd most likely be sharing the game with my brother, who'd create his own account

i'm starting to think so, they might be doing it like WoW, where the key you get with the game applies to the account, not the game itself.

He can play as a guest but i don't think he will be able to create his own account without an extra key.
