Who even needs a remaster? One dude, Lance McDonald was able to backport the Dark Souls 3 PS4 Pro patch to get Bloodborne up to 60fps. If one dude, working without the source code, can do that, there's no reason Fromsoft or another team at Sony's request, who should have access to the source code, couldn't very easily do the same.
