Also, don't think of losing to him as failing, but a learning experience, he wrecked you in 5 seconds the first, you got half his health the second time, & 2/3 of his health the third time.

EDIT: don't lose your focus if you die a lot or you'll end up with a run like the last one.

No, he just has extras stored up. The game sends bullets in your stash to you if you have some when u respawn. It doesnt give you free ones

no you need those for other bosses. You can beat this guy without them. Just be patient. You are wasting to much stamina on attacks. attack twice and get out of the way.
